Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Customers may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Returns or exchanges beyond this window cannot be accepted. For Halloween items, the return period is 14 days. Returns after Halloween are not accepted.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original manufacturer's packaging. Send us an email at info@myriadsgifts.com to begin this process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval of your refund.
When approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.
Replacements
We will replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To initiate a replacement, send us an email at info@myriadsgifts.com.
